Job summary

Texas Select Fencing LLC seeks a Fence Sales Representative to run scheduled homeowner appointments, measure properties, and write quotes. This outside sales role requires visiting customers' homes 4–6 days a week with leads provided — no cold-calling.

You’ll measure, quote, and educate on materials and installation while building trust and moving prospects to close. Top earners exceed $120k with uncapped commissions and a paid training program.

Qualifications

• Strong written and spoken communication required.
• Self-motivated, organized, and punctual.
• Comfortable using a CRM and basic spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Run 4–6 pre-booked appointments per day across the metro area.
• Measure properties accurately and identify scope.
• Build quotes on-site using pricing tools (laptop/tablet).
• Educate homeowners on materials, styles, and install process.
• Follow up with prospects until they decide.
• Hand off signed projects to the project manager with clean notes.
• Hit a monthly closing target and follow the system.
