Job summary

Texas Select Fencing LLC is seeking a Fence Sales Representative to run scheduled homeowner appointments, measure properties, and write quotes. This outside sales role involves visiting customers’ homes 4–6 days a week as leads are provided and cold-calling is not required.

Top reps earn six figures with uncapped commissions; you’ll be coached to close and advance toward a sales manager role. Expect mileage reimbursement, a paid training program, and flexible scheduling once ramped.

Qualifications

• Must be capable of meeting homeowners, presenting quotes, and closing deals.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to educate customers on materials and install process.
• Reliable, self-motivated, organized, and punctual; comfortable with CRM and basic spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Run 4–6 pre-booked appointments per day across the metro area.
• Measure properties accurately and identify scope.
• Build quotes on-site using pricing tools (laptop/tablet).
• Educate homeowners on materials, styles, and install process.
• Follow up with prospects until they decide.
• Handoff signed projects to the project manager with clean notes.
• Hit a monthly closing target.
