Job summary

Texas Select Fencing LLC is seeking a Fence Sales Representative to run pre-booked appointments with homeowners, measure properties, and write on-site quotes. This is an outside sales role — you'll visit customers' homes 4–6 days a week.

You’ll be trained in pricing tools, educate homeowners on materials and the install process, and hand off signed projects to the project manager with clear notes. Uncapped commissions drive earnings; top reps exceed six figures.

Qualifications

• Proven punctuality and reliability for on-site visits.

Responsibilities

• Run 4–6 pre-booked appointments per day across the metro area.
• Measure properties accurately and identify scope.
• Build quotes on-site using pricing tools (laptop/tablet).
• Educate homeowners on materials, styles, and install process.
• Follow up with prospects until they decide.
• Hand off signed projects to the project manager with clear notes.
• Hit a monthly closing target and follow the sales system.
