Job summary

Texas Select Fencing LLC seeks a Fence Sales Representative to run scheduled appointments with homeowners, measure property, and write quotes. This outside sales role involves visiting homes 4–6 days a week across the metro area.

Leads are provided; you won’t cold-call. Top reps clear six figures with uncapped commissions. You will be coached, trained, and reimbursed for mileage while using pricing tools and CRM to close projects.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Comfortable measuring with a tape and reading a property survey.
• Experience in outside sales or home-improvement a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run 4–6 pre-booked appointments per day across the metro area.
• Measure properties accurately and identify scope.
• Build quotes on-site using our pricing tools (laptop / tablet).
• Educate homeowners on materials, styles, and the install process.
• Follow up with prospects until they decide.
• Hand off signed projects to the project manager with clean notes.
• Hit a monthly closing target — we'll teach you the system.
