Job summary

Texas Select Fencing LLC is seeking a Fence Sales Representative to run scheduled appointments with homeowners, measure properties, and write quotes. This is an outside sales role—you’ll be at customers’ homes 4–6 days a week across the metro area.

Leads are provided and you’ll be reimbursed for mileage. A training program will teach you fence sales from scratch, with a path to sales management for top performers.

Qualifications

• Strong written and spoken communication required.
• Must be self-motivated and well organized.
• Experience with CRM and basic spreadsheets is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Run 4–6 pre-booked appointments per day across the metro area.
• Measure properties accurately and identify scope.
• Build on-site quotes using pricing tools.
• Educate homeowners on materials, styles, and install process.
• Follow up with prospects until they decide.
• Hand off signed projects to the project manager with notes.
• Hit a monthly closing target.
