Qualifications

• Outside sales role requiring field visits to homeowners
• Ability to measure properties accurately with a tape measure
• Strong communication, both written and verbal, with customers
• Comfortable using CRM and basic spreadsheets to track quotes and follow-ups

Responsibilities

• Run 4–6 pre-booked appointments per day across the metro area
• Measure properties and identify project scope
• Build on-site quotes using company pricing tools (laptop/tablet)
• Educate homeowners on materials, styles, and install process
• Follow up with prospects until they decide
• Hand off signed projects to the project manager with clear notes
• Hit monthly closing targets with coaching from the company
