Job summary

Texas Select Fencing LLC seeks a Fence Sales Representative to run scheduled home appointments, measure properties, and write quotes. This outside sales role requires visiting customers 4–6 days a week with pre-booked appointments provided.

You will build on-site quotes, educate homeowners on materials and install processes, and hand off signed projects to a project manager. Commission potential is uncapped, with paid training and a clear growth path.

Qualifications

• Valid driver\'s license and clean driving record.
• Construction or home-improvement background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run 4–6 pre-booked appointments per day across the metro area.
• Measure properties accurately and identify scope.
• Build quotes on-site using our pricing tools (laptop/tablet).
• Educate homeowners on materials, styles, and the install process.
• Follow up with prospects until they decide.
• Hand off signed projects to the project manager with clean notes.
• Hit a monthly closing target and follow the system.
