Job summary

Texas Select Fencing LLC is seeking a Fence Sales Representative to run scheduled homeowner appointments, measure properties, and write winning quotes. This outside sales role visits customers' homes 4–6 days a week, with leads provided and no cold-calling.

You’ll build quotes on-site using pricing tools, explain materials and install steps, and hand off signed projects to the project manager with clear notes.

Qualifications

• Comfortable with CRM and basic spreadsheets.
• Strong communication, written and spoken.
• Self-motivated, organized, on-time.
• Reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Run 4–6 pre-booked appointments per day across the metro area.
• Measure properties accurately and identify scope.
• Build quotes on-site using pricing tools (laptop/tablet).
• Educate homeowners on materials, styles, and the install process.
• Follow up with prospects until they decide.
• Hand off signed projects to the project manager with clean notes.
• Hit a monthly closing target.
