Job summary

Texas Select Fencing LLC is seeking a Fence Sales Representative to run scheduled appointments with homeowners, measure properties, and write quotes. This outside sales role involves visiting homes 4–6 days a week and using our pricing tools on-site.

Leads are provided and top reps can clear six figures; paid training and mileage reimbursement are offered. Flexible scheduling and a clear path to sales management are available for high performers.

Qualifications

• Reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with measuring properties and reading surveys.
• Self-motivated, organized, and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Run 4–6 pre-booked appointments per day in the metro area.
• Measure properties accurately and identify scope.
• Build quotes on-site using pricing tools.
• Educate homeowners on materials, styles, and install process.
• Follow up with prospects until they decide.
• Hand off signed projects to the project manager with notes.
• Hit a monthly closing target and learn the system.
