Job summary

Texas Select Fencing LLC is seeking a Fence Sales Representative to run scheduled appointments with homeowners, measure properties, and write quotes on-site. This outside sales role relies on pre-booked leads rather than cold calls, with mileage reimbursement and a mobile toolkit.

Expect to visit 4–6 homes per day, close deals toward uncapped commissions, and advance into management for top performers; training is provided, and reliable transportation is required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to run scheduled appointments with homeowners and measure properties.
• Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Experience or interest in fence/home-improvement sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run 4–6 pre-booked appointments per day across the metro area.
• Measure properties accurately and identify scope.
• Build quotes on-site using pricing tools (laptop/tablet).
• Educate homeowners on materials, styles, and install process.
• Follow up with prospects until they decide.
• Hand off signed projects to the project manager with clean notes.
• Hit a monthly closing target and learn our system.
