Texas Select Fencing LLC is seeking a Fence Sales Representative to run scheduled homeowner appointments, measure properties, and write quotes. This outside sales role visits customers' homes 4–6 days a week across the metro area.

You'll receive leads, close deals, and earn uncapped commissions. Top performers reach six figures in their second year. Training is provided and mileage is reimbursed, with a clear path to sales leadership for top reps.

Qualificações

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Comfortable measuring with a tape and reading a property survey.
• Strong communication—written and spoken.
• Self-motivated, organized and punctual.

Responsabilidades

• Run 4–6 pre-booked appointments per day across the metro area.
• Measure properties accurately and identify scope.
• Build quotes on-site using our pricing tools (laptop/tablet).
• Educate homeowners on materials, styles, and install process.
• Follow up with prospects until they decide.
• Hand off signed projects to the project manager with clean notes.
• Hit a monthly closing target.
