Job summary

Texas Select Fencing LLC is seeking a Fence Sales Representative to run scheduled homeowner appointments, measure properties, and craft on-site quotes. This outside sales role requires visiting customers 4–6 days weekly, with leads provided and no cold-calling.

You'll earn uncapped commissions, receive paid training, and mileage reimbursement as you build trust, educate homeowners, and close projects for the company. Strong communication and drive are essential.

Qualifications

• Outside sales role visiting homeowners 4–6 days per week.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Ability to measure properties and read surveys with a tape.
• Comfort with CRM systems and basic spreadsheets for quotes.

Responsibilities

• Run 4–6 pre-booked appointments per day across the metro area.
• Measure properties accurately and identify scope.
• Build on-site quotes using pricing tools on laptop or tablet.
• Educate homeowners on materials, styles, and install process.
• Follow up with prospects until they decide and close.
• Hand off signed projects to project manager with notes.
• Hit a monthly closing target and grow with the team.
