Job summary

Texas Select Fencing LLC in Texas is seeking a Fence Sales Representative to run scheduled appointments with homeowners, measure properties, and write quotes. This is an outside sales role—you'll visit customers' homes 4–6 days a week.

Leads are provided and you will not cold-call. Top reps clear six figures in their second year. We offer paid training, mileage reimbursement, and an uncapped commission structure that rewards closing deals and building trust with homeowners.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Self-motivated, organized and punctual.
• Comfortable with a CRM and basic spreadsheets.
• Construction or home-improvement background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run 4–6 pre-booked appointments per day across the metro area.
• Measure properties accurately and identify scope.
• Build quotes on-site using pricing tools (laptop / tablet).
• Educate homeowners on materials, styles, and the install process.
• Follow up with prospects until they decide.
• Hand off signed projects to the project manager with clear notes.
• Hit monthly closing targets — we’ll teach you the system.
