Job summary

You will assist with all aspects of fence operations, ensure a safe work environment, and uphold high levels of customer satisfaction on site. The role is full-time and outdoor, involving transporting materials, driving, site inspections, and coordinating with customers and crew.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency in following detailed instructions and making occasional independent decisions.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents such as safety rules, manuals, and maintenance instructions.
• Capability to perform mathematical calculations involving addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
• Application of common-sense reasoning to execute detailed written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections and testing of vehicles and equipment to ensure safe operation.
• Load truck with necessary equipment and materials for daily assignments.
• Attend job sites with Foreman and review project details with customers.
• Install fence poles, erect fences, and tension wire per NCR specs.
• Keep job sites clean and ensure proper storage of equipment after work.
