Job summary

National Construction Rentals, Inc. (NCR) is seeking a Fence Helper in Pooler, GA to assist the Fence Foreman with installation and maintenance of fences according to company standards.

You will support all fence operations, uphold safety protocols, and contribute to a positive team dynamic. Responsibilities include inspecting vehicles and equipment, loading and securing materials, meeting with customers on site, erecting fences, and maintaining clean work sites and trucks throughout daily

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Read, analyze, and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Perform calculations with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
• Apply common-sense reasoning to written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections of vehicles and equipment.
• Load trucks with equipment and materials for daily tasks.
• Attend job sites with Foreman and review project details.
• Install fence poles and erect fences per NCR specs.
• Keep sites clean, secure equipment, and restock for next job.
• Follow safety protocols and participate in safety meetings.
