Job summary

National Construction Rentals is seeking a Fence Helper to support Fence Foremen in installing and maintaining fences according to NCR standards. You will assist with all fence operations, ensure safety on site, and contribute to high levels of customer satisfaction.

The role involves outdoor work, driving, and coordinating with the Foreman on project details. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and be prepared for physically demanding outdoor

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record per company guidelines; 21+ for GVWR 10,000+ lbs and DOT medical card.
Forklift certification will be provided after hire.

Responsibilities

Conduct daily inspections and testing of vehicles and equipment to ensure safe operation.
Load truck with necessary equipment and materials for daily assignments.
Attend job sites with Foreman and review project details with customers.
Install fence poles, erect fences, and tension wire to NCR specifications.
Clean and maintain job sites, store equipment, and restock materials for future installs.
Participate in safety meetings and uphold a safe work environment.
