Job summary

National Construction Rentals, Inc. (NCR) is seeking a Fence Helper in Memphis to assist the Fence Foreman with fence installation and maintenance according to NCR standards. You will support all fence operations, uphold safety protocols, and help ensure customer satisfaction while representing NCR professionally on-site.

This role requires daily site visits, adherence to safety training, and teamwork to complete projects efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must read and interpret safety rules, manuals, and maintenance instructions.
• Able to perform basic math operations with whole numbers and decimals.
• Follow detailed written and verbal instructions with common-sense reasoning.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections and testing of vehicles and equipment.
• Load truck with equipment and materials for daily assignments.
• Attend job sites with Foreman and meet with customers to review project details.
• Install fence poles, erect fences, and tension wire to NCR specs.
• Keep job sites clean and ensure equipment is stored properly.
• Adhere to safety protocols and participate in safety meetings.
