Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency in following detailed instructions and occasional independent decisions.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret safety rules, manuals, and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to perform math with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
• Common-sense reasoning to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Minimum of 1 year outdoor physical labor experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections and testing of vehicles and equipment for safe operation.
• Load truck with equipment and materials for daily assignments.
• Attend job sites with Foreman and review project details with customers.
• Install fence poles, erect fences, and tension wire per NCR specs.
• Maintain clean job sites and store equipment properly after work.
• Clean and maintain trucks and restock materials for future installations.
• Adhere to safety protocols and participate in safety meetings.
