Job summary

IVIRMA Global in Basking Ridge, NJ, seeks a Fellowship Program Coordinator to lead day-to-day fellowship operations, coordinating between fellows, faculty and staff while ensuring NRMP/ACGME/ABOG/ERAS compliance.

The full-time role offers a hybrid schedule after training, a salary range of $50,000–$55,000 per year, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K, and more.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Associate’s Degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar position.
• Excellent computer skills including Outlook and Excel; 25 wpm typing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate conference calls and review Fellows' progress.
• Support the Fellowship Director in program tasks.
• Maintain program compliance with NRMP, ACGME, ABOG and ERAS.
• Serve as liaison between fellows, program director and hospitals.
• Develop knowledge of ACGME requirements and policies.
• Assist in accreditation, educational programming and fellow support.
