Job summary

UCSF Health, AG seeks a Fellowship Program Coordinator to support administrative and operational aspects of ACGME-accredited and non-ACGME fellowship programs, including Pain Medicine, Pediatric Anesthesia, and Obstetric Anesthesia. The role covers scheduling, recruitment, onboarding, and compliance across multiple campuses.

The position is full-time, hybrid with four days onsite and one day offsite, with early on Wednesdays for Grand Rounds support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related area or field.
• One year of related administrative experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities are essential.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in health education benefits the role.

Responsibilities

• Support program directors and fellows with scheduling, onboarding, and records.
• Coordinate Grand Rounds, didactic sessions, and conference logistics.
