Job summary

Responsibilities include managing residents and fellows, coordinating didactic classes and program evaluations, and administering software systems such as New Innovations, ERAS, and NRMP, to ensure accurate accreditation reporting and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health administration, education or business.
• 2 years’ residency program coordinator experience in GME.
• Strong knowledge of ACGME requirements and accreditation processes.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with residency software and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, planning, and governance of educational programs.
• Manage recruitment processes and residency/fellow personnel.
• Coordinate didactic classes and conference attendance.
• Oversee program evaluations and committee activities.
• Interface with Finance on Medicare cost reports and budget.
