Job summary

IVIRMA North America in Basking Ridge, NJ is seeking a Fellowship Coordinator to run day-to-day program operations and serve as a liaison between fellows, faculty and staff. This is a full-time role with a hybrid work arrangement after training and hours 8:30am–4:30pm.

Required: 3+ years in a similar role, an Associate’s Degree (Bachelor’s preferred), and strong computer skills (Outlook, Excel) with 25 wpm typing. Knowledge of NRMP/ACGME/ERAS is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree – preferred.
• Associate’s Degree – required.
• 3+ years in a similar role.
• Excellent computer skills including Outlook and Excel; 25 wpm keyboard.

Responsibilities

• Conducts and coordinates conference calls, and checks/reviews the Fellows’ work and progress on activities.
• Supports the Fellowship Director in completing all tasks as it relates to the fellowship program.
• Maintains the program and ensures compliance with the NRMP, ACGME, ABOG and ERAS systems.
• Serves as a liaison between the fellow, program director and local hospitals.
• Develops in-depth knowledge of the ACGME and Program Requirements, including policies and procedures.
• Assists the program director in meeting accreditation requirements, educational programming, and support of fellows.
