Job summary

Smith+Naphew seeks a Fellows' Manager to cultivate relationships with orthopedic fellows and fellowship programs across the Western United States. You will lead engagement strategies to raise awareness of Smith+Naphew technologies and educational offerings, and you will manage records for programs, curricula, and exposure to products and techniques.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
• 5+ years in medical device sales, medical education, clinical specialist, market development, orthopedic healthcare, or related field.
• Strong understanding of orthopedic OR procedures and surgeon education.
• Experience with Sports Medicine, Joint Reconstruction, Trauma, or orthopedic specialties.
• Ability to build influential relationships with fellows, fellowship programs, KOLs, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong business acumen, communication, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with fellows and fellowship programs across the Western Region.
• Serve as Smith+Naphew expert for fellows, creating engagement strategies.
• Maintain records of fellowship programs, engagement, curricula, and exposure to products/techniques.
• Identify educational gaps and coordinate targeted learning opportunities.
• Drive attendance and awareness for regional and national fellows' education programs.
• Lead the Transition to Practice process with commercial teams for seamless clinical practice entry.
• Collaborate with Medical Education, Clinical Education, Marketing, and commercial teams.
• Design customized educational programs for individual fellowship programs.
• Prioritize programs based on engagement, value, and objectives.
• Share best practices and provide regular reporting on activities and outcomes.
• Support fellowship programs across North America as needed.
• Travel domestically up to 50%.
