Job summary

Smith+Naphew is seeking a Fellows' Manager to develop lifelong advocates across Sports Medicine, Adult Reconstruction, and Trauma. You will nurture relationships with fellows and programs across the Western Region, serving as the primary Smith+Naphew expert and coordinating engaging education opportunities.

You will collaborate with Medical Education, Clinical Education, Marketing, and commercial teams to maximize engagement, design tailored programs, and drive transitions to practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in medical device sales, medical education, or orthopedic-related fields.
• Strong understanding of orthopedics operating room procedures and training processes.
• Experience with Sports Medicine, Joint Reconstruction, Trauma, or similar orthopedic specialties.
• Ability to build influential relationships with fellows, programs, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with fellows and fellowship programs across the Western Region.
• Serve as the Smith+Naphew expert for the fellows segment and create engagement strategies.
• Maintain records of fellowship programs, engagement, curricula, and product exposure.
• Identify gaps and coordinate targeted learning opportunities for Smith+Naphew tech exposure.
• Lead attendance and awareness for regional and national fellows' education programs.
• Collaborate with Medical Education, Clinical Education, Marketing, and commercial teams.
• Travel domestically up to 50%.
