Smith+Naphew seeks a Fellows' Manager to build lifelong advocates across Sports Medicine, Adult Reconstruction, and Trauma in the Western Region. You will develop relationships with fellows and programs and coordinate educational opportunities that highlight Smith+Naphew technologies and education offerings.

You will partner with Medical Education, Clinical Education, Marketing, and commercial teams to tailor programs, track outcomes, and drive attendance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with fellows and programs across the Western Region.
• Serve as the primary expert for the fellows segment and craft engagement strategies.
• Maintain records of fellowship programs, engagement, curricula, and exposure to Smith+Naphew products and techniques.
• Identify educational gaps and coordinate targeted learning opportunities.
• Drive attendance and awareness for regional and national fellows' education programs.
• Lead the Transition to Practice process with commercial teams for a seamless entry into independent practice.
• Collaborate with Medical Education, Clinical Education, Marketing, and sales teams to maximize engagement.
• Design and implement customized educational programs with cross-functional partners.
• Prioritize programs by engagement value and business objectives.
• Share best practices and report on activities and outcomes.
• Support North American fellowship programs via cross-team coverage.
• Travel domestically up to 50%.
