Job summary

Smith+Naphew in the Western United States is seeking a Fellows' Manager to develop lifelong advocates across Sports Medicine, Adult Reconstruction, and Trauma. You will build meaningful relationships with fellows and fellowship programs, ensuring exposure to Smith+Naphew technologies and educational opportunities.

You will partner with Medical Education, Clinical Education, Marketing, and commercial teams to design and deliver customized educational programs and manage the Transition to Practice

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience within medical device sales, medical education, clinical specialist, market development, orthopedic healthcare, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with fellows and fellowship programs across the Western Region.
• Serve as the primary Smith+Naphew expert for the fellows segment and create engagement strategies.
• Develop and maintain records of fellowship programs, fellow engagement, training curricula, and exposure to Smith+Naphew products and techniques.
• Identify educational gaps and coordinate targeted learning opportunities for broader exposure to Smith+Naphew technologies.
• Drive attendance and awareness for regional and national fellows' education programs.
• Lead the Transition to Practice process with commercial teams for a seamless entry into independent practice.
• Collaborate with Medical Education, Clinical Education, Marketing, and commercial teams to maximize engagement and strengthen relationships with fellowship programs.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to design customized educational programs for individual fellowship programs.
• Prioritize fellowship programs based on engagement, strategic value, and business objectives; allocate resources accordingly.
• Share best practices and provide regular reporting on activities and outcomes.
• Support fellowship programs across North America as needed.
