Job summary

Smith+Naphew seeks a Fellows’ Manager to develop lifelong advocates across Sports Medicine, Adult Reconstruction, and Trauma. You will build relationships with fellows and fellowship programs throughout the Western Region, coordinating education opportunities and exposure to Smith+Naphew technologies and techniques.

You will collaborate with Medical Education, Clinical Education, Marketing, and commercial teams to maximize engagement and drive education programs. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in medical device sales, medical education, or orthopedic healthcare.
• Strong understanding of orthopedic operating room procedures and surgeon education.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with fellows and fellowship programs across the Western Region.
• Serve as the primary Smith+Naphew expert for the fellows segment and drive engagement strategies.
• Develop and maintain records of fellowship programs, engagement, curricula, and exposure to Smith+Naphew products.
• Identify educational gaps and coordinate targeted learning opportunities.
• Drive attendance and awareness for regional and national fellows’ education programs.
• Lead the Transition to Practice process with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth start for new fellows.
• Collaborate with Medical Education, Clinical Education, Marketing, and commercial teams to maximize engagement.
• Design and implement customized educational programs for individual fellowship programs.
• Prioritize programs based on engagement and business objectives and share best practices.
• Provide regular reporting on activities and opportunities and support fellowship programs across North America.
• Travel domestically up to 50%.
