Job summary

Smith+Naphew is seeking a Fellows' Manager to develop lifelong advocates across Sports Medicine, Adult Reconstruction, and Trauma in the Western US. You will build relationships with fellows and programs, serve as an expert, and coordinate education opportunities to expand exposure to Smith+Naphew technologies.

You will lead engagement, track curricula, and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize outcomes. Travel up to 50% is expected, with hybrid/work options and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in medical device sales, medical education, or orthopedic healthcare.
• Strong understanding of orthopedic OR procedures and training processes.
• Experience with Sports Medicine, Joint Reconstruction, Trauma or similar specialties.
• Ability to build influential relationships with fellows, programs and stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen, communication, and project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with fellows and fellowship programs across the Western Region.
• Serve as Smith+Naphew expert for the fellows segment and create engagement strategies.
• Develop and maintain records of fellowship programs, training curricula, and product exposure.
• Identify educational gaps and coordinate targeted learning opportunities.
• Drive attendance and awareness for regional and national fellows' education programs.
• Lead the Transition to Practice process with commercial teams.
• Collaborate with Medical Education, Clinical Education, Marketing, and sales teams.
• Design and implement customized educational programs for programs.
• Prioritize programs based on engagement and business objectives; report outcomes.
• Support fellowship programs across North America and travel up to 50%.
