Job summary

Smith+Naphew is seeking a Fellows' Manager to cultivate lifelong advocates in Sports Medicine, Adult Reconstruction, and Trauma across the Western Region. You will build relationships with fellows and fellowship programs, ensuring exposure to Smith+Naphew technologies and education opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
• 5+ years in medical device sales, medical education, clinical specialist, market development, orthopedic healthcare, or related field.
• Strong understanding of orthopedic OR procedures, training processes, and surgeon education.
• Ability to build and maintain influential relationships with fellows, fellowship programs, KOLs, and cross functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with fellows and fellowship programs across the Western Region.
• Serve as the primary Smith+Naphew expert for the fellows segment and create engagement strategies.
• Develop and maintain records of fellowship programs, engagement, curricula, and exposure to Smith+Naphew products.
• Identify educational gaps and coordinate focused learning opportunities.
• Drive attendance and awareness for regional and national fellows' education programs.
• Lead the Transition to Practice process with commercial teams for a seamless transition to independent practice.
• Collaborate with Medical Education, Clinical Education, Marketing, and commercial teams to maximize engagement.
• Design and implement customized educational programs with cross functional stakeholders.
• Prioritize programs based on engagement, value, and resources alignment.
• Share best practices across the Fellows' Manager team and provide regular reports.
• Support fellowship programs across North America as needed, with travel up to 50%.
