Job summary

PIPESTONE Nutrition is seeking a Feed Mill Administrator to join our team in Brandon, SD. In this role, you will handle daily accounting, accounts payable/receivable, inventory records, and general administrative tasks to support efficient feed mill operations.

You will work closely with mill staff, vendors, and cross‑department teams, producing reports and reconciliations, managing contracts, and helping keep our operations accurate and organized in a fast-paced agricultural environment.

Qualifications

• Accounting/Finance/Agriculture/Business Admin degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
• Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reporting, and general ledger activities.
• Process ingredient receipts, feed invoices, and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Track ingredient contracts and facilitate corn contracts using Ag Vision Commodity Manager.
• Generate reports, weekly statements, and inventory reconciliations.
• Create records for PART and group closeouts.
• Assist mill staff with answering phones, taking feed orders, and supporting office operations.
• Build strong relationships with vendors, customers, and team members across departments.

Pay Range

$22-$23.50hr
