Pipestone Nutrition is seeking a disciplined Feed Mill Administrator to support daily accounting, inventory control, and general administrative tasks for our feed mill operations. You will handle AP/AR, invoicing, and reporting while ensuring inventory accuracy and contract tracking.

Ideal candidates will have a degree in Accounting/Finance/Agriculture or Business, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Agriculture or Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
• Experience with Ag Vision software is a plus.
• Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily accounting, AP, AR, reporting, and general ledger activities.
• Process ingredient receipts, feed invoices, and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Track ingredient contracts and facilitate corn contracts using Ag Vision Commodity Manager.
• Generate reports, weekly statements, and inventory reconciliations.
• Create records for PART and group closeouts.
• Assist mill staff with answering phones, taking feed orders, and supporting office operations.
• Build relationships with vendors, customers, and staff across departments.

In this role, you'll play a vital part in the daily accounting, inventory, and administrative functions that help keep our feed mill operations running efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Manage daily accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reporting, and general ledger activities
• Process ingredient receipts, feed invoices, and maintain accurate inventory records
• Track ingredient contracts and facilitate corn contracts using Ag Vision Commodity Manager
• Generate reports, weekly statements, and inventory reconciliations
• Create records for PART and group closeouts
• Assist mill staff with answering phones, taking feed orders, and supporting office operations
• Build strong relationships with vendors, customers, and team members across departments

What We're Looking For

• Accounting, Finance, Agriculture, Business Administration degree or equivalent experience
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
• Experience with Ag Vision software is a plus
• Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Pay Range

$22-$23.50hr
