Merakey is seeking an Outpatient Mental Health Therapist in Sharon Hill, PA. The position is hybrid with at least one day in the Sharon Hill office.

Compensation is $35/hr for unlicensed and $37/hr for licensed therapists, with clinic hours from 8 AM to 9 PM Monday–Thursday, 8 AM to 5 PM Friday, and 8 AM to 4 PM Saturday. Earn $35/hr. unlicensed or $37/hr. licensed!

Hours of the clinic are:

8 AM to 9 PM Mon-Thurs

8AM to 5 PM Fri

8 AM to 4 PM Sat

Position Details

The therapist is a primary member of a treatment team in the clinic's behavioral health program for Merakey. Essential responsibilities include delivering therapy services and coordinating care under the leadership of the clinic director, psychiatrist, and clinical supervisor. The therapist provides active engagement of clients, promotes retention, and provides therapy to individuals who suffer from mild to severe forms of mental illness.

MerakeyMental Health Outpatient (MHOP) offers a billable service bonus system, licensure supervision opportunities, andEvidence-Based Practice Training/Certifications for eligible Fee-for-Service Staff.

Merakey Mental Health Outpatient (MHOP) offers:

• A bonus system that allows therapists to earn up to an additional $300 per month
• Licensure supervision opportunities
• Evidence-Based Practice Training/Certifications for eligible therapists for:
• Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT)
• Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE)
