Merakey seeks an Outpatient Mental Health Therapist in Sharon Hill, PA. This hybrid role requires at least one day in the Sharon Hill office. The candidate will be part of a treatment team delivering therapy under clinical supervision.

Earn $35/hr as an unlicensed clinician or $37/hr licensed, with clinic hours from 8 AM to 9 PM Mon-Thurs, 8 AM to 5 PM Fri, 8 AM to 4 PM Sat. Merakey offers a billable service bonus and licensure supervision opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a human service-related field is required.
• A 1-year clinical internship is required.
• Willingness and ability to work with children/adolescents is required.
• Candidate needs 20+ hours of availability to work with adults, children, and adolescents; daytime, evenings, possibly weekends; billing 15-20 clients weekly; productivity 80% monthly.
• Additional supervision is available to support clinicians working with children and adolescents.

Position Details

The therapist is a primary member of a treatment team in the clinic's behavioral health program for Merakey. Essential responsibilities include delivering therapy services and coordinating care under the leadership of the clinic director, psychiatrist, and clinical supervisor. The therapist provides active engagement of clients, promote retention, and provides therapy to individuals who suffer from mild to severe forms of mental illness.

Merakey Mental Health Outpatient (MHOP) offers a billable service bonus system, licensure supervision opportunities, and Evidence-Based Practice Training/Certifications for eligible Fee-for-Service Staff.

Merakey Mental Health Outpatient (MHOP) Offers

• A bonus system that allows therapists to earn up to an additional $300 per month
• Licensure supervision opportunities
• Evidence-Based Practice Training/Certifications for eligible therapists for:
• Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT)
• Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE)
• Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT)
