Job summary

Merakey is seeking an Outpatient Mental Health Therapist in Colmar, PA. The role offers hybrid work and a fee-for-service structure, with pay of $35/hour unlicensed and $38/hour licensed.

You will deliver therapy within a clinic team and coordinate care under leadership from the director and supervisor. The position includes a billable service bonus system, licensure supervision, and evidence-based practice trainings (CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, PE).

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a human service field (social work, counseling, or psychology).
• Minimum 1-year clinical internship completed.
• 20+ hours weekly availability for adults; day/evening/weekend shifts.

Earn $35/hour unlicensed and $38/hour licensed (LPC, LMFT, LCSW).

Position Details

The therapist is a primary member of a treatment team in the clinic behavioral health program for Merakey. Essential responsibilities include delivery of therapy services and coordination of care under the leadership of the clinic director, psychiatrist, and clinical supervisor. The therapist provides active engagement of clients, promotes retention, and provides therapy to individuals who suffer from mild to severe forms of mental illness.

Merakey Mental Health Outpatient (MHOP) offers:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Master's degree in a human service-related field, including social work, clinical counseling, and/or psychology is required


• 1-year clinical internship is required.


• Candidate needs to have 20+ hours of availability to work with adults. Availability needs to include daytime, evenings, and possibly weekends to work with the children population, billing 15-20 clients weekly, with a productivity of 80% monthly.Additional supervision is available to support clinicians working with children and adolescents.
