Merakey is seeking a Part-Time Licensed Clinical Supervisor to join our Philadelphia team on-site. The role focuses on clinical leadership, supervision of licensed clinicians and interns, and ensuring high-quality, evidence-based behavioral health services.

Licensure supervision and professional development are key aspects of this position. The candidate will work 20 hours per week at an hourly rate of $30.00–$33.95, must hold PA licenses (LPC/LCSW/LMFT) and have at least 5 years post-master's

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of PA OMHSAS Chapter 5200 regulations and payer requirements.
• Advanced knowledge of clinical best practices, including Evidence-based treatment modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma‑informed care).
• Knowledge of behavioral health systems, community resources, and interdisciplinary care models.
• Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHRs) and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Training in supervision models, such as reflective supervision, developmental supervision, or competency‑based supervision.
• Familiarity with quality improvement frameworks, performance metrics, and outcome‑based service delivery.
• Hold a Pennsylvania professional license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)) and have at least 5 years post master's experience in a human service or other related field (Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related Clinical field).
