Job summary

Merakey is seeking an Outpatient Mental Health Therapist in Colmar, PA. Earn $35/hour unlicensed and $38/hour licensed (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) with hybrid work options in a fee-for-service model.

As a primary member of the clinic behavioral health team, you will deliver individual therapy and coordinate care under supervision. This role supports adults and children, with opportunities for licensure supervision and ongoing EBPs through the MHOP program.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a human service-related field is required.
• 1-year clinical internship is required.
• 20+ hours availability to work with adults; daytime, evenings, and possibly weekends to work with the children population; billing 15-20 clients weekly; productivity at 80% monthly.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of therapy services as part of the clinic behavioral health program.
• Coordinate care under the leadership of the clinic director, psychiatrist, and clinical supervisor.
• Provide therapy to individuals who suffer from mild to severe forms of mental illness; promote retention.

The therapist is a primary member of a treatment team in the clinic behavioral health program for Merakey. Essential responsibilities include delivery of therapy services and coordination of care under the leadership of the clinic director, psychiatrist, and clinical supervisor. The therapist provides active engagement of clients, promotes retention, and provides therapy to individuals who suffer from mild to severe forms of mental illness.

Evidence Based Practice Training/Certifications for eligible Fee for Service Staff.

Merakey Mental Health Outpatient (MHOP) offers:

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Master's degree in a human service-related field, including social work, clinical counseling, and/or psychology is required
• 1-year clinical internship is required.
• Candidate needs to have 20+ hours of availability to work with adults. Availability needs to include daytime, evenings, and possibly weekends to work with the children population, billing 15-20 clients weekly, with a productivity of 80% monthly.Additional supervision is available to support clinicians working with children and adolescents.
