Job summary

Knox Systems is seeking an Technical Implementation Manager to onboard federal customers into our FedRAMP-authorized cloud environment. You will guide the customer through kickoff, production go-live, and steady-state operations, ensuring security, monitoring, and reliability requirements are met.

You will collaborate with SRE, NOC, SOC, Security, and Compliance teams, translating regulatory and technical needs into clear project plans while managing risk and ensuring auditable onboarding

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing complex technical implementations in regulated/compliance-driven environments.
• Experience onboarding customers into FedRAMP-authorized or government cloud environments.
• Excellent cross-team coordination with SRE, NOC, SOC, Security, and Compliance teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding lifecycle for Federal customers, from kickoff to go-live and steady-state.
• Lead FedRAMP-aligned onboarding ensuring security, compliance, monitoring, and readiness.
• Coordinate across Engineering, SRE, NOC, SOC, Security, and Compliance teams during onboarding.
• Manage multi-workstream project plans covering controls, system integrations, logging, monitoring, and incident response readiness.
• Identify risks related to FedRAMP controls and service readiness, drive mitigation plans.
• Serve as trusted advisor on Knox’s Federal operating model and shared responsibilities.
