Job summary

Knox Systems, Inc. is seeking a Technical Implementation Manager in Arlington, VA to lead FedRAMP-aligned onboarding for Federal customers.

You will coordinate with SRE, NOC, SOC, Security, and Compliance to ensure security, monitoring, and operational readiness throughout onboarding and into steady-state operations. The role requires guiding customers through kickoff to production go-live, translating regulatory and security requirements into actionable plans, while maintaining clear

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing complex technical implementations in regulated or compliance-driven environments.
• Direct experience supporting or onboarding customers into FedRAMP-authorized, government, or highly regulated cloud environments.
• Strong background working with or alongside SRE, NOC, or SOC teams, including familiarity with incident management and operational readiness.
• Ability to translate compliance, security, and operational requirements into clear project plans and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding lifecycle for Federal customers—from kickoff through production go-live and steady-state transition.
• Lead FedRAMP-aligned onboarding engagements ensuring security, compliance, monitoring, and incident readiness.
• Coordinate across Engineering, SRE, NOC, SOC, Security, and Compliance teams during onboarding.
• Drive onboarding meeting cadence with a compliance-aware agenda and clear accountability.
• Manage multi-workstream project plans covering security controls, system integrations, and incident response readiness.
• Identify risks related to FedRAMP controls and drive mitigation plans.
