Job summary

Knox in Arlington, VA seeks a Technical Implementation Manager to lead FedRAMP-aligned onboarding for federal customers, coordinating SRE, NOC, SOC, and security teams to meet security and operational readiness.

You will own multi-workstream projects, manage risks, and ensure auditable onboarding artifacts, SLAs, and change controls while guiding customers through production go-live and steady-state operations. This role requires U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain government clearance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing complex technical implementations in regulated or compliance-driven environments.
• Direct experience onboarding customers into FedRAMP-authorized environments or governmentclouds.
• Strong background collaborating with SRE, NOC, or SOC teams on incident management and operational readiness.
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and production SaaS environments.
• Excellent communication with executives, engineers, security, and compliance stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding lifecycle for federal customers from kickoff to production go-live and steady-state transition.
• Lead FedRAMP-aligned onboarding engagements ensuring security, monitoring, incident response, and operational readiness.
• Coordinate across Engineering, SRE, NOC, SOC, Security, and Compliance during onboarding.
• Drive onboarding cadence with a compliant, clear agenda ensuring alignment and accountability.
• Manage multi-workstream project plans covering security controls, system integrations, access models, logging, and incident response readiness.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to FedRAMP controls and service readiness.
