Job summary

Knox Systems seeks a Technical Account Manager II to own strategic customer relationships for Enterprise clients operating in Knox’s FedRAMP-authorized cloud environment. You will ensure operational success after implementation, manage escalations, and advise on best practices across technical and regulatory initiatives.

Qualifications

• . 5+ years total in FedRAMP/federal cybersecurity/compliance or related roles.
• . 3+ years direct FedRAMP RMF/authorization experience.
• . Experience documenting SSPs, evidence, POA&M, and ConMon activities.
• . Strong knowledge of FedRAMP, NIST RMF, NIST SP 800-53 and shared cloud responsibility.
• . Ability to translate security/compliance requirements for customers and stakeholders.
• . Experience with federal agencies, CSPs, 3PAOs, ISSOs/ISSMs, AOs, or similar.
• . Understanding of federal cloud procurement and ATO processes.
• . Proven ability to manage customer relationships and escalations.

Responsibilities

• Own ongoing customer relationships post-implementation and production go-live.
• Serve as the primary operational and strategic contact for Enterprise accounts.
• Advise customers on operational best practices, process adherence, and platform adoption.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams during incidents, escalations, and customer-impacting events.
• Drive customer meeting cadence, operational reviews, and executive status updates.
• Ensure alignment with Knox SLAs, incident response procedures, and change management.
• Identify risks and adoption gaps; drive mitigation plans.
• Partner with TIMs and Engineering to ensure continuity between implementation and operations.
• Advocate for customer needs while balancing platform standards and scalability.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in customer operations and service delivery.
• Work Location: Arlington, VA with hybrid flexibility.
