Job summary

Cisco is seeking a role on the Webex Contact Center FedRAMP team to deploy, operate, and maintain resilient AWS and Kubernetes infrastructure for government customers. You will monitor, troubleshoot, and automate to improve safety, efficiency, and reliability in a 24x7 production setting.

The position requires strong DevOps, cloud, and security experience with IaC tooling and cross-team collaboration. Hybrid work is available in RTP, NC or Boxborough, MA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of related experience, or Master’s Degree with 3 years.
• Experience with Java, Go, Python or equivalent languages, including testing and troubleshooting.
• Experience with AWS, Linux, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, and IaC tooling.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, operate, and maintain AWS and Kubernetes-based infrastructure.
• Monitor service health and troubleshoot incidents in a 24x7 production environment.
• Automate operational work and infrastructure provisioning.
• Enhance platform security with IAM, logging, hardening, remediation.
• Collaborate with teams to document runbooks and incident reports.
