Albany State University is seeking a Federal Work Study Customer Service Representative for Academic Support Services on the Albany State Rec. Location.
The role focuses on greeting customers and answering phones, providing friendly, professional assistance to students and staff. The position requires a current ASU student, a pleasant personality, and the ability to work a flexible schedule between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with basic tech skills and strong communication.

The customer service representative will perform various job duties as requested by the department. These range from greeting the customers to answering the phone.

Experience working in retail, fast food, or other customer service-related industry positions.
