Qualifications

• 10+ years of combined professional design experience in UX/UI.
• Strong portfolio showcasing research-driven design decisions.
• Experience designing accessible web/mobile apps (508/USWDS).
• Ability to mentor junior designers and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-scale UX design efforts including research and blueprinting.
• Plan and implement multiple sites/apps for several clients in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead user research to inform usable interfaces across web/mobile.
• Collaborate with federal engineers and clients to deliver intuitive solutions.
