Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead design efforts for federal initiatives in a fast-paced environment. You will drive research, wireframing, and interaction design across multiple sites and applications, collaborating with engineers and federal clients to deliver intuitive, accessible solutions.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in UX, a strong portfolio, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 10+ years of combined professional design experience (UCD, UI/UX).
• Strong UX methods and user-centered design frameworks.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust.
• Experience designing for web and mobile with 508 and USWDS standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-scale UX design efforts including research and blueprinting.
• Plan, design, and implement multiple sites and apps for federal clients.
• Conduct user research to inform usable web pages and interfaces.
• Collaborate with engineers and clients to craft innovative solutions.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, and site maps to communicate ideas.
