Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Training Facilitator to deliver instructor-led training for a federal government client, supporting implementation of a new construction management system. You will conduct virtual and in-person sessions for personnel across multiple locations and ensure participants gain the necessary knowledge and skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of related experience; travel may be required.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training sessions (virtual and in-person).
• Follow approved lesson plans, course materials, and guidelines.
• Address participant questions and provide guidance during training.
• Maintain classroom management and student engagement.
• Participate in Train-the-Trainer activities and knowledge transfer.
