Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Training Facilitator to deliver instructor-led sessions in support of a Federal Government client's CMP deployment. You will run both virtual and in-person training for project teams, engineering staff, and external contractors to ensure the new system is understood and adopted.

Ideal candidates are strong presenters with proven classroom facilitation skills, comfortable with travel, and able to coordinate with training and program managers across locations while

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree and related experience; travel may be required.
• Domestic and/or international travel requirements noted.
• Experience in training and development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training sessions in virtual and classroom environments.
• Follow lesson plans and instructional guidelines.
• Respond to participant questions and provide guidance during training.
• Maintain effective classroom management and student engagement.
• Participate in Train-the-Trainer activities and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Coordinate with Training Managers and Program Managers on schedules and logistics.
• Track attendance and course completion metrics.
• Support collection of student feedback and training effectiveness measures.
• Provide recommendations for continuous improvement of training delivery methods and materials.
• Serve as a professional representative of the training team with Government personnel and external stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with personnel at all organizational levels.
• Support change management and user adoption during CMP deployment.
