Far West Federal Holding, LLC is seeking a Training Specialist to coordinate workforce training, certification support, facilitation, and process-improvement activities for CBP programs under the PPMSs contract. The role supports PMO, USBP, and AMO with logistics, records, and lessons learned.

The ideal candidate will manage training materials, certification processes, and government-facing procedures, while coordinating with staff and stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; additional relevant experience may offset the education requirement with Government client approval.
• Three (3) or more years of relevant experience required.
• Experience coordinating federal training, certification programs, workforce development, and FAC-COR/FAC-PM processes preferred.
• Experience facilitating working sessions, lessons-learned meetings, and process-improvement efforts preferred.
• SharePoint content management, federal travel systems, training-registration logistics, and financial tracking experience preferred.
• Strong writing, organization, and stakeholder-coordination skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate PMO training execution, monitor completion of CBP mandatory training, maintain training records, and develop training materials requested by the Government.
• Support Government employee certification processes, including DHS FAC-COR and FAC-PM, and assist with individual development plans.
• Manage the Training SharePoint page and research courses, registration requirements, schedules, and logistical needs.
• Coordinate registrations, travel-approval submissions, communications, and training documentation with Mission Support staff.
• Plan and facilitate meetings and working sessions with clear objectives; prepare agendas, maintain productive discussions, track actions, and distribute minutes.
• Document lessons learned and help develop procedures for capturing, reviewing, and incorporating lessons across the PMO.
• Support process-improvement projects arising from facilitated meetings and other reviews.
• Track funding and budgets for training and facilitation work; update SAP and related systems monthly.
