The specialist tracks mandatory training and development needs, organizes course and meeting logistics, and helps the Government capture lessons learned and translate them into practical improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and facilitate meetings and working sessions with clear objectives; prepare agendas, maintain productive discussions, track actions, and distribute minutes and follow-up information.
  • Gather sponsor and stakeholder input, review reference materials, select appropriate facilitation methods, and document unresolved topics and process-improvement actions.
  • Plan and facilitate lessons-learned sessions, prepare findings for Government review, and help develop procedures for capturing, reviewing, and incorporating lessons across the PMO.
  • Support process-improvement projects arising from facilitated meetings and other assigned reviews.
  • Track funding and budgets for assigned training and facilitation work, prepare PRRs as directed, and track financial actions in SAP.
  • Coordinate available, expensed, and obligated funding when applicable; update related costs in TRIRIGA or its successor at least monthly and report funding and budget status monthly.
Qualifications

  • Schedule: Ability to work five eight-hour days, Monday through Friday, during Government-designated hours generally within 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. local time. No overtime is authorized.
