Job summary

Far West Federal Holding, LLC is seeking a PM Lead to coordinate contractor project-management support for CBP’s BPAM PMO under the PPMSS contract. You will align scope, cost, schedule, quality, and reporting across assigned Project Managers, analysts, and site personnel.

The role reports to the Contract Program Manager and supports USBP and AMO facilities. Travel to sites is required, with monthly project reviews and frequent coordination with federal partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required. Additional relevant experience may offset the education requirement with Government client and COR approval.
• Five or more years of relevant experience including construction project management and Government contracting.
• PMP certification is highly desired; OSHA 10-hour training is preferred.
• Experience with USACE, GSA, and FAA and using TRIRIGA, SAP, SharePoint, and WMS.
• Experience coordinating federal facilities or construction portfolios across multiple sites with strong facilitation, briefing, and team-coordination skills.
• Ability to work five eight-hour days, Monday through Friday, during Government-designated hours generally within 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. local time.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate assigned Project Managers, regional/site personnel, analysts, the Master Scheduler, and staff to maintain project support and reporting.
• Track portfolio issues, dependencies, resource needs, and recurring risks; elevate concerns to the Government client and Contract Program Manager.
• Review requirements packages, change requests, trip reports, risk worksheets, and closeout records; mentor PMs on PMO processes.
• Coordinate site visits, travel authorizations, construction-oversight coverage, and weekly/monthly reviews.
• Support facilities construction and alteration projects; coordinate with USACE, FAA, GSA, and other project partners.
