Qualifications

• Experience leading federal technology strategy and delivery across multiple business groups.
• Knowledge of NIST, RMF, FedRAMP, CMMC, and CUI compliance.
• Ability to translate complex technology concepts into client-focused roadmaps.
• Strong collaboration and leadership across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation of emerging technologies for Federal programs: establish performance indicators and metrics to evaluate technology adoption and project success.
• Develop and align technology visions and roadmaps for Federal Market Sectors and Delivery Teams.
• Partner with Corporate Technology to ensure Federal compliant platforms and investments.
• Lead proposals for investment in technology to drive innovative solutions and improve productivity.
• Promote thought leadership in Federal technology domains and represent HDR in technology forums.
• Coordinate with HDR Data Ops and other stakeholders to define terms and enable responsible data reuse.
